Rear
Wheel Restoration
We received two rear wheels for
inspection and disassembly. The
lateral and radial run out dimensions
were documented, spokes removed,
separated, and packaged.
The hubs, alloy rims, and spokes were
returned to the Paul Russell Company
for restoration work.
After the restored parts arrived,the
spokes were laced and the wheels
trued and tuned to original
specifications.
Front
Wheel Inspection
The two front wheels
were checked for spoke tightness, and
lateral and radial run out dimensions
documented. We determined that the
wheels were sound and could be driven
at high speed during the shake-down
run on the track at Lime Rock Park.
